Carl Knepler brings more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry to his role as Managing Partner at Heritage Resource Group. Carl’s career reflects a steady progression through operational leadership, beginning as Executive Director of a senior living community before advancing to Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer across multiple organizations. This breadth of experience, from the community level to the executive suite, has given Carl a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to run successful senior living operations.

Carl leads with an empowering leadership approach, trusting his teams to make sound decisions and giving them the confidence to lead. He has built a reputation for developing strong teams and driving results across diverse portfolios.

Outside of work, Carl enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
