Leadership Team
Our leadership team brings over 100 years of combined experience across senior living operations, finance, sales, marketing, and care delivery. Each member has spent their career deepening expertise in the systems and relationships that make senior living communities thrive. Every recommendation is grounded in real operational experience, not theory. Their guidance shapes every aspect of how we support the communities we serve, ensuring our partners benefit from experience that spans the entire business.
